Inspire Your Heart With Art - Virtual Art Auction is Back!
Our annual 'Inspire Your Heart With Art' Virtual Art Auction is back for 2026! We are excited to bring you 8 new, unique works-of-art made by the shelter pets of El Paso Animal Services.

Bidding starts January 18, 2026 and ends on January 31, 2026, with winners announced the following week. Funds raised help support El Paso Animal Services programs such as pet food assistance, foster care, and community pet wellness services. Support is made possible through private philanthropy raised by Friends of El Paso Animal Services.

What Inspires Our Hearts
Our annual 'Inspire Your Heart With Art' Virtual Art Auction started as a fun project, where volunteers and staff enjoyed a day of shelter pets and non-toxic paint, which then turned into magical works of art. Join us in our third-annual virtual art auction to help support lifesaving programs. Funds raised help support El Paso Animal Services programs such as pet food assistance, foster care, and community pet wellness services.

El Paso Animal Services cared for over 27,000 pets last year, and supported thousands of families to help them keep their pets. Our goal this year is to raise $5,000 to support El Paso Animal Services programs such as:
-
The Pet Pantry Program, which provided over 34,000 lbs of pet food to families in need in 2025.
-
The Foster Program, which gave 8,947 pets a second chance to rest, grow, or recuperate in a loving, temporary home last year.
-
Low-cost and no-cost spay/neuter services for the community. Last March we had our first-ever Spay-a-Thon, where over 430 pets were fixed, and we hope to do it again this spring!
Each piece was made with love by the shelter pets currently waiting for a forever home at El Paso Animal Services. Inspire Your Heart With Art is a fundraiser benefiting El Paso Animal Services. Funds are raised by Friends of El Paso Animal Services, the nonprofit fundraising partner to the City of El Paso’s animal shelter. Funds are administered through fiscal sponsorship with the El Paso Community Foundation.
