As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, the El Paso Community Foundation/Friends of El Paso Animal Services exists to support and enhance the lifesaving efforts of El Paso Animal Services. Through community engagement, advocacy, and fundraising, we provide resources to improve the lives of pets in need and increase pet adoptions.
